The power of attendance is undeniable! Students are more confident because they are not missing steps in the learning process. There is a stronger sense of belonging to their class and they form closer friendships. Grades, benchmark growth and test scores are shown to be higher in students with good attendance than students who are chronically absent.
Students who are in attendance each day are randomly selected to win a prize from the punch cups, drop prize, or duck pond.
